We are committed to selling high-quality products that you will enjoy using, but we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days from receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
Duties and Taxes
We ship all orders from Cyprus (which is a member of the European Union). There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. If you live in the European Union you will not have to pay any additional taxes or VAT on your order.
If you live in the United States you will not have to pay any import duties or taxes if your order is under the $800 US Customs threshold.
If you live in any other country your order may be subject to import taxes or fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Each bracelet is custom measured and tailored for your wrist. So it’s very important to measure your wrist size correctly before placing an order with us. You can specify your wrist circumference in either centimeters or inches and we will make sure that your bracelet will fit you perfectly.
Method 1: Measuring Tape
Measure your wrist by wrapping a measuring tape around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Stay as close to your hand as possible and specify the exact number on the measuring tape. If you are between sizes, we recommend picking the larger size.
Method 2: String and Ruler
If you are unable to find a measuring tape, simply find a piece of string or a strip of paper and wrap it around your wrist at the position where you'd like to wear your bracelet. Make note of where the string/strip overlaps and lay it flat over a ruler to get the measurement.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please measure carefully. You know the familiar adage "Measure Twice - Cut Once". You probably nailed your measurements the first time… but just to be absolutely sure it’s always a good idea to measure one more time and verify you’ve got it right.
